STEP 1 (FREE) Initial consultation at your home

We would love the opportunity to come to your home, get to know you and understand your immediate and future plans.

This is a free service, where we will review your property and get to know your needs and priorities.

 

We fully explain our services and pricing so we can agree on exactly what level of help you need and how much it will cost. We can provide as little or as much help as you need.

This simple, informal conversation can really help you make some decisions, formulate a plan and get you underway.

STEP 2 Preparing your home for sale

Simply Downsize coordinates a wide range of services including decluttering, storage and selling unwanted furniture. We will prepare a detailed timeline and provide expert advice about how to repair or upgrade your property (if required) without overcapitalising.

We coordinate trusted tradespeople, gardeners and landscapers as required, and oversee cost-effective work and styling that will increase the value of your home and have it “sale ready”.

STEP 3 Guiding you through the sales process

If you haven't already selected a real estate agent, we work with you to find the most professional and energetic agent. Selecting the best agent can be a stressful time. After all, you are most likely selling your biggest asset.

 

As a licensed real estate agent, I will be with you every step of the way, including liaising with the real estate agent, assessing private treaty offers and/or being by your side on auction day. Knowing whether to accept an offer is a difficult and emotional decision.

With Simply Downsize on your side, we remove the stress and provide you with expert, independent advice so you can make good decisions and get the best outcome.

STEP 4 Finding your new home

We provide a wide range of services to find, purchase and move you into your new home.

 

It may be as simple as coordinating a quality removalist, unpacking or connecting the utilities in your new home. Or maybe you need a full buyers agent service.
